“Mongolian Engineer-2025” Scientific Conference Successfully Concluded

The "Mongolian Engineer-2025" scientific conference was successfully organized under the theme "Technology, Engineering, Engineering Education, Transport and Logistics Management" in collaboration with the School of Mechanical Engineering and Transportation of MUST, the School of Engineering and Technology of MULS, the Railway Institute, the National Defense University’s School of Security Studies, and the New Mongol Institute of Technology.

Graduate students (Master's and PhD), young researchers, and engineering professionals participated in the conference to present and discuss their research findings. The presentations were evaluated based on their scientific depth, balance between theory and practice, practical significance, novelty, clarity in defining the research problem, achievement of research objectives, and the soundness of research methodology.

Out of more than 50 submitted papers, 11 were selected for oral presentation and discussion.

First Prize was awarded to J. Erdenetogtokh, a lecturer at the New Mongol Institute of Technology, for the research titled “Study on Determining the Detection Capability of a German Detector Using Numerical Simulation”.

Second Prize went to D. Baatarkhuu, a lecturer at the School of Engineering and Technology of MULS, for the research titled “Optimization of Technological Parameters of a Device for Cleaning Sea Buckthorn Berries from Impurities by Suction”.

Third Prize was awarded to T. Tugsjargal, a lecturer at the Railway Institute, for the research titled “Evaluation of Engineering Education Quality Using the SERVQUAL Model (Railway Automation and Telemechanics, and Communication Program)”.

Third Prize was also awarded to T. Enkhjin, a researcher at the School of Information and Communication Technology of MUST, for the research titled “Development of a Smart Waste Management System Based on IoT Technology”.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the master's and doctoral students, researchers, professors, and faculty members who presented their papers at the scientific conference. We wish you great success and all the very best in your academic and research endeavors.
